Responsibilities


Drive to residential and commercial properties
Record on-site observations in accordance with customer-specific requirements
Complete routine underwriting reports in a timely and efficient manner
Speak directly with policyholders and/or agents
Identify and photograph potential hazards
Accurately sketch property dimensions and areas using NRS field-diagramming software
Photograph and upload images of property and premises


Qualifications


Preferred candidates will have a background in Insurance, claims, underwriting, construction/home improvement, real estate, or architecture
Self-motivation is required
Clean driving record and criminal background check

PC/Laptop/Tablet running Windows 10 or greater, with 500Gb HDD or greater and 8Gb of Ram or greater, and an Intel i5 processor or greater with printer

Basic computer literacy (mouse and keyboard functionality, copy/paste functions, file and folder browsing/creation/renaming)
